1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

2. Account Creation and Responsibilities

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Payments and Earnings

• Payments for additional video uploads and other services must be made via cryptocurrency as specified on the platform.
• You must provide a valid cryptocurrency account for receiving earnings.
• The monthly winner, determined by the highest number of votes, will receive 50% of the collected money, transferred to their crypto account.
• Resellers will receive $1 for each new account created using their reseller code, paid in cryptocurrency.

4. Video Uploads

You may upload one video up to 1 minute long per account. Additional uploads cost $10 each. All uploaded content must comply with our community guidelines and content policies. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our terms or is deemed inappropriate.

5. Voting System

• Users can vote (like) any number of videos, which are free to watch.
• We implement protections to prevent multiple votes from the same email or multiple email accounts from the same IP.
• Each uploader will receive a list of email addresses and names of people who voted for their uploads.

6. NSFW Content

A separate section for NSFW content requires age verification for access. NSFW content follows the same business logic and terms as other content on the platform.

7. Invitations and Referrals

• Users can invite friends to join the platform by entering their names and email addresses.
• Friends can create free, verifiable accounts and participate in voting.
• Resellers promoting the platform will earn commissions based on the number of new accounts created using their reseller code.

8. Gift Cards and Tickets

Users can purchase gift cards and tickets, sending security codes to other users. Security codes can be entered during account creation to allow video uploads.

9. Mobile Applications

Our mobile applications for iOS and Android enable users to upload videos to their accounts. All features and terms applicable to the web platform also apply to the mobile applications.

10. Content Moderation and User Conduct

We reserve the right to moderate and remove content that violates our guidelines. Users must not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities on the platform.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Users agree to the collection, use, and sharing of their information as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of the content they upload but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute the content on our platform. Users must not upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

13. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

14. Amendments to Terms
